In partnership with owner Beth Hall, Blueboy Music and Woodwind Studios have gained notoriety on the national equestrian scene. The studios collaborate to create scored music tracks used in the freestyle competitions for several national equestrian competitors and Olympic hopefuls. Featured is the accompaniment track which helped earn Dr. Cesar Parra and Grandi0so a spot on the U.S. team headed to the Pan American Games.
Scott Becker is an accomplished guitarist and singer-songwriter. His CD release entitled Time And Money was a project that began with the creation of a midi and acoustically generated representation of the complete album in pre-production. Blueboy Music and the artist collaboration later allowed for the effortless recording of the final product with live musicians.

As an up and comer in the world of gospel music, George Powell has released his debut album, The Music of My Life, it is sure to send his star into the outer strata of worship music. George and Phil have worked closely together in the studio on several productions as well as during Powell's term as Minister of Music at the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Austin.

Before Larry “LB” Braggs became the latest, and one of the most beloved, lead singers of legendary Tower Of Power. He and Phil along with an impressive roster of talented musicians shared the stage lighting up Austin’s 6th Street venues as The Bizness. Wowing audiences an unprecedented SIX nights a week for many years, they honed skills that would serve them well to this day. The group is known as one of Austin’s most memorable funk bands. Larry has sought Phil’s services in multiple capacities to help in the completion of his two solo albums, Jus’ Sangin’ and Places.
A long standing favorite of the Austin music scene, Lisa Tingle’s soaring vocals and hard rocking shows afforded Phil not only the chance to play and sing with the beloved songstress, but to also learn “a thing or two” about the art of recording first hand from legendary Carl Thiel.
When some of Austin’s most popular bands such as the Texas Unlimited Band, Les and The Funk Mob, Suede, Radio Star and the Spazmatics decided to embrace the emerging musical revolution of incorporating midi and audio backing tracks to be synchronized with live musicians, they all turned to the services of Blueboy Music Studio. Live performance experience and a passionate customizing approach have made it possible to provide clients with backing tracks of unsurpassed quality.
As a keyboardist and vocalist with a long list of recording projects and live performances, Phil has graced the stage with such notables as longtime friend Malford Milligian, RCA recording artist Tommy Shane Steiner, Spencer Gibb, Lake Hills Church of Austin, country singer Pamela Danzy and popular Latin funk group Vallejo. These collaborations have provided Phil with an ability to move effortlessly between musical genres that is second to none.
